Wahome Ngari – incorporated Citadel Consulting Ltd in January 2009 and is the chief facilitator.
Wahome began his career as an insurance management trainee and then became an underwriter before joining Sales Management. He has held senior management positions with leading insurance companies including Pan Africa Life in Kenya and African Life Assurance in Tanzania. He is our lead trainer who combines professional qualifications, practical experience and technical competence. He has trained in several countries including Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zanzibar.
Wahome holds a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Jomo Kenyatta University, a B.Sc. in Statistics and Computing from Kenyatta University, is a Chartered Insurer with the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK, an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Kenya, a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing of UK and a trained Financial Educator.
Paul Mwangi Kibicho – is a founder Associate of Citadel Consulting Ltd.
Kibicho started his sales career at Pioneer Assurance in 1993 before joining the then giant Kenya National Assurance. In 1996 he joined Pan Africa Life as a sales executive. He has risen through the ranks over the years to a senior personal financial adviser. He has consistently won awards as an outstanding personal financial adviser. He has traveled the world and attended conventions addressed by leading eminent speakers in various top notch destinations. Some of his recent travels have taken him to Europe and Asia
Kibicho has been named among the top life Insurance advisers in Kenya since 2002.
Kibicho has a master’s degree in Business administration majoring in strategic management from Kenya Methodist University, A honors Bachelors of Business Administration and a diploma in Business administration from the university of Nairobi, a certificate of proficiency in insurance practice and a diploma in Theology from the PCEA Pastoral Institute, Kikuyu. He has attended several conferences and trainings.
